Artisan Council is seeking a seasoned Senior Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to design strategic influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results for a diverse client roster. You will manage cost-efficient creator programs, drive innovation in creator partnerships, and maintain strong influencer relationships across platforms.

The role is remote, with optional access to our NYC-area office for local candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive influencer/creator marketing experience with strong campaign analytics.
• Proven ability to source, vet, and manage creator partnerships and negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus client presentations.
• Ability to lead multiple campaigns across brands in a fast-paced agency setting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee strategic development, execution, management and measurement of Influencer Marketing campaigns across multiple clients.
• Drive campaigns to achieve client objectives across awareness, engagement, content creation etc.
• Own creator sourcing, vetting, outreach and strategic talent recommendations.
• Lead creator negotiations, contracting, and terms including usage rights and payments.
• Develop campaign budgets, track spend, and maximize cost efficiency.
• Coordinate timelines, gifting, publishing schedules and payments across clients.
• Build relationships with influencers and brands; support events and meetups.
• Transform campaign data into actionable insights and present monthly performance reports.
