Job summary

ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI company, is hiring an Influencer Marketer to own the influencer channel from strategy to execution. You will source, vet, and sign creators, negotiate deals, and lead briefs and creative direction for product launches and campaigns.

You will measure impact with our data team and optimize ROI across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X. The role emphasizes ownership, zero-to-one program development, and scaling with a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a measurable channel.
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X.
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality.
• Sharp creator taste to select effective creators and optimize budgets.
• Excellent brief-writing and feedback skills to improve content without sacrificing authenticity.
• Experience managing meaningful budgets and cross-functional work with paid, social, product marketing, data and legal.
• Genuine understanding of AI and creative tools landscape and where things are headed.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, tiers, budget allocation, and playbook.
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
• Negotiate and structure deals and manage creator contracts with Legal.
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while allowing authenticity.
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, releases, and moments.
• Own measurement: work with data team on attribution and ROI-based decisions.
• Partner with paid marketing and social to extend campaign reach.
• Build repeatable systems for scaling the program.
