Medidata Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Industry Process Consultant to join the Life Sciences Experience (LSE) Solution Consulting team.

The role focuses on executing value engagements, understanding client needs, and articulating the business value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio within manufacturing and life sciences contexts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver presentations, and guide customers and partners through deployment roadmaps while ensuring ongoing success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with Dassault Systemes’ solutions (or PLM industry)
• Experience with systems integrators, resellers, and/or consulting firms
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience selling and implementing enterprise software solutions is preferred
• Ability to travel across Europe, North America, and potentially parts of Asia

Responsibilities

• Execute the Value Engagement process to understand customer needs and articulate value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio
• Plan and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value
• Collaborate with customers and Dassault Services or partners on deployment roadmaps
• Monitor customer success and re-engage as needed
• Engage at all organizational levels and manage work streams within large engagements
