You will drive complex industrial engineering projects to enhance efficiency, optimize resources, and boost productivity on a global scale.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in Industrial Engineering, 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in project management, and proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with 5+ years in PM/implementation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of industrial engineering projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resources with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, budgets, milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and communicate effectively.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee process improvements, new technologies, and upgrades.
• Track progress and report KPI to senior management.
• Ensure activities meet quality, safety, and company policies.
• Facilitate change management for project adoption.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
