Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IE experience with a focus on supply chain & logistics.
• Proven expertise in supply chain design, network optimization, inventory control, and transportation management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement optimal supply chain strategies including network design, inventory, and transportation logistics.
• Analyze existing logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities using data-driven approaches.
• Lead implementation of new supply chain technologies (WMS, TMS) and ensure integration.
• Develop and manage KPIs for supply chain operations and report trends.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, sales, suppliers, and carriers to meet strategic goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management strategies to minimize costs while ensuring availability.
• Develop and refine demand forecasting models to improve accuracy.
• Mentor a team of industrial engineers and supply chain specialists.
