Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering and management in chemical/process industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologies.
• Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, equipment specs and contract management.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; remote-first work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of chemical engineering projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; track progress against goals.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams for integrated design.
• Select and manage vendors and contractors; ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee site construction and installation activities; ensure safety.
• Produce reports, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
• Lead close-out activities including handover and lessons learned.
