Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Industrial Engineering with 7+ years in consulting, and hold a Black Belt or equivalent expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years of industrial engineering experience, consulting/advisory preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency, cost savings, and productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Assess client operations to identify improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and present detailed project proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Design and monitor optimized production processes, workflows and systems.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Use data analysis, simulation, and modeling to support recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and training for client teams on best practices.
