Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

• Ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D).
• Develop and implement improvement projects and savings goals.
• Plan equipment layouts and safety precautions.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Site Leadership Team.
• Create capacity models and production planning tools.
• Provide guidance to operators and technicians.
• Perform data collection and root cause analysis.
