Commerce Bank is hiring a Senior Indirect Lending Account Executive to drive strategic sales and relationship management with auto dealerships across the Minneapolis/St. Paul territory. The role includes planning, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining Salesforce records of dealer activity.

The candidate will leverage industry trends and competitive insights to grow the indirect lending business, mentor junior sales staff, and travel overnight to service dealers in the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years experience in business-to-business or product sales.
• 7+ years experience in consumer retail or indirect lending preferred.

• Drive strategic sales and relationship management initiatives with auto dealerships in the assigned territory.
• Prepare and execute weekly sales activity plans aligned with goals and priorities.
