Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 6+ years experience in business-to-business or product sales required.
• 7+ years experience in consumer retail or indirect lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales and relationship management initiatives by leveraging a consultative approach to engage key decision makers at auto dealerships across the assigned territory.
• Prepare and execute weekly sales activity plans aligned with production goals, market conditions, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams supporting the Indirect line of business, including commercial banking, floorplan, underwriting, loan servicing, and collections.
• Research and analyze competitor programs and auto finance industry trends within the target market and proactively share key insights with business management.
• Serve as a leader and mentor to junior sales team members by providing guidance, best practices, and coaching to enhance sales effectiveness and performance.
