Job summary

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation of programs and services for health plan clients. You will coordinate tasks, track deliverables, and manage day-to-day client needs with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

You will translate client requirements into clear user stories and product backlogs, support testing and launch, and help ensure readiness across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• 1–2+ years in client-facing implementation or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting Agile teams, Business Analysis, or product coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for health plan clients across business, operations, and technical teams.
• Track milestones, action items, dependencies, and risks with senior oversight.
• Prepare status updates, risk logs, and meeting summaries for internal teams and clients.
• Translate client requirements into technical stories and product backlogs with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Technology, Clinical, and Operations to align activities.
