Job summary

Greenhouse is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to guide mid-market and enterprise customers through successful deployments of the Greenhouse platform. You’ll partner with customers to design, configure, and rollout solutions while maintaining timelines and driving time-to-first-value.

You will mentor clients, navigate product requests with internal teams, and become a subject-matter expert across Greenhouse products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees).
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects.
• Experience communicating with leadership levels.
• Ability to break down terminology for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches.
• Empower customers to complete implementation on time and achieve time to first value.
• Drive value of Greenhouse through implementation and overcome roadblocks.
• Provide support and mentorship with knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
• Own implementation tasks: system design, product training, configuration, and rollout strategies.
• Advocate for client needs to internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales).
• Partner with internal teams for smooth post-implementation transitions and data migrations/reporting.
• Become a subject matter expert on all Greenhouse products.
• Additional projects as needed.
