Greenhouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead Enterprise implementations, owning multiple workstreams from kickoff to go-live. You will oversee design, integrations, data migration, and custom development, while shaping scope, timelines, and delivery approach to ensure value and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with Implementation, Strategic, and Technical teams, build charters and RACIs, manage risks, and maintain customer satisfaction with strong communication and a focus on NPS.

Formación

• 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience.
• Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations.
• Strong customer sentiment and high NPS with on-time and on-budget delivery.
• PM principles and tools: project plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead customer-facing meetings.
• Ability to support CST or EST hours; flexibility for EMEA as needed.
• PMP or another PM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams.
• Oversee work of project team members across software implementation, design, integrations, data migration, and custom development.
• Set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement.
• Create and maintain project charters, plans, RACIs, and risk/issue trackers.
• Manage scope and change requests against SOWs to stay on or under budget.
• Monitor customer sentiment and raise risks early to protect satisfaction and NPS.
• Collaborate with Success teams for smooth handoffs and long-term adoption.
• Refine PM tools, templates, and processes as the team grows.
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
