Job summary

AffirmedRx, a Public Benefit Corporation, seeks an experienced Client Implementation Manager to oversee complex client projects and ensure successful deployment across cross‑functional teams. You will partner with Clinical, Eligibility and Benefits, and external vendors, maintaining a rigorous action plan and risk management throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of implementation management and project management experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of Implementation Management experience leading complex programs
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Healthcare PBM experience required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive client implementation projects
• Collaborate with Clinical, Eligibility and Benefits, and external vendors
• Create detailed action plans with fixed timelines and risk evaluation
• Develop and track implementation project plans with weekly updates
• Establish client relationships from day one and ensure satisfaction
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including executives
• Drive teams to milestones with cross-functional collaboration
• Manage inputs from diverse stakeholders
• Develop optimized cross‑functional processes
• Identify business risks and mitigate with high‑quality strategies
• Conduct lessons learned after implementations
• Travel 30%–50%
