Job summary

Claim Health in New York, NY is seeking an implementation leader who can take a signed contract and turn it into a live deployment. You’ll own end‑to‑end deployments for home health and hospice agencies, mapping each partner’s org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration, while working directly with clients on site.

You will configure and deploy Claim Health’s AI agents to mirror workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations, and translate

• Strong technical depth to diagnose issues and translate needs to product requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments from discovery to go-live.
• Map each partner’s org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration.
• Configure and deploy Claim Health’s AI agents to match partner workflows.
• Write deployment SOPs and build scalable onboarding playbooks.
• Translate customer requests into precise product asks for engineering.
• Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff.
