Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing implementation, project management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Track record of independently owning complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data mapping, system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full implementation lifecycle for pharma clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Translates client business requirements into workflows and integration designs.
• Leads discovery sessions to understand client goals and documents requirements.
