Job summary

ITU, the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technologies, is seeking a Senior ICT/Digital Consultant for the Americas. This remote/home-based roster position supports the Americas Regional Office with policy, regulatory and market analysis, training content development, and high-quality reporting.

The consultant will deliver analyses, training materials, and documentation, participate in meetings, and ensure activities align with the BDT action plan.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in ICT policy, regulatory and market analysis.
• Extensive experience in ICT policy, regulatory and market analysis, mainly in the Americas Region.
• Knowledge of Spanish or English at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the activities assigned in the area of specialization.
• Prepare reports and presentations in accordance with assigned activities.
• Participate in face-to-face and online meetings for development and delivery of results.
