With 10+ years of experience and an RCDD credential, you will own project standards and client relations. The role offers $140,000–$150,000 annually, comprehensive benefits, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ICT/technology consulting experience.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Strong ownership of projects and design standards.
• Excellent technical and communication skills in technology design fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on tech systems design for new construction and renovation.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27/28 specs, construction docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFIs and submittals.
• Conduct QC reviews and uphold quality standards; drive design process improvements.
• Foster a culture of growth and innovation.
