International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is seeking consultants to join a roster for capacity and digital skills development. The role involves researching capacity development topics, creating training materials, and delivering courses online or in person to build ICT capabilities worldwide.

Assignments are remote/home-based with various contracts; eligibility requires advanced degree and at least five years SSA experience; English proficiency is required and other UN languages are a plus.

Formación

• Advanced university degree in telecom/ICT or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible SSA experience.
• English knowledge at advanced level; knowledge of another official UN language an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out research and analyze topics on capacity development and digital skills.
• Develop training materials for instructor-led and self-paced courses.
• Deliver training online or in person per ITU quality guidelines.
• Support roll-out of capacity development initiatives at global, regional and national levels.
• Generate reports on digital skills needs analysis and learning impact evaluation.
