Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior IAM Manager to own identity and access management across the organization, including corporate, non-human, and CIAM identities, with responsibility for multiple IDP instances.

This leadership role oversees 5–7 direct reports within a 10–15 person IAM team, partnering with engineering, security, and compliance to align IAM with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA/HITRUST and SOC 2.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in identity and access management with leadership.
• Experience owning multiple IDP instances and consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day IAM operations across the org.
• Lead zero trust architecture, PAM, and access controls.
• Govern multiple IDP instances and integration work.
• Direct JIT access and IaC-driven provisioning in cloud.
• Build and mentor a team of 5–7 within a 10–15 IAM group.
• Collaborate with HR, security, compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
