Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior IAM Manager to own identity and access management across the organization, including corporate, non-human, and CIAM identities. You will lead a global team, including offshore resources, and drive high-priority IAM initiatives.

You will partner with engineering, security, and compliance to align IAM with business goals, while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory posture in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management with progressive leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM strategy and day-to-day operations including zero trust, PAM, identity governance, SSO/MFA, and RBAC across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead multiple IDP instances (Okta, Entra ID, Ping Identity) with integration, consolidation, and lifecycle management.
• Direct the use of Infrastructure as Code and Just-In-Time access tooling to reduce standing access risk.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of 5–7 direct reports within a 10–15 person IAM organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to align IAM strategy with priorities.
