HealthEquity, Inc. seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM/PAM systems across human, non-employee, service, and AI agent identities.

You will work with SailPoint ISC, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra, and Silverfort to govern access, including AI agent identities and NHIs, in a remote-first environment. You will contribute to governance, risk management, and incident response, while ensuring seamless integration with applications, secrets management, and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in IAM with senior/principal level experience.
• Hands-on with SailPoint ISC; NERM preferred.
• PAM experience with BeyondTrust.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra including CA policies.
• Zero Trust with Silverfort.
• Secrets management knowledge.
• IAM for AI agent/non-human identities knowledge.
• Scripting/automation via APIs/PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Implement IAM/PAM solutions using SailPoint ISC, BeyondTrust, Entra, Silverfort.
• Develop IAM governance for AI agents, NHIs, and machine-to-machine access.
• Act as SME for IAM technologies and processes.
• Design CA policies in Microsoft Entra for risk-based access.
• Integrate IAM systems with apps, secrets vaults, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead governance for AI agents and service accounts.
