Pride Health is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to support a healthcare client on a remote, local contract. The role runs for 61 weeks with an hourly pay range of $60.00 to $63.00, based on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping processes, and enabling O2C migrations using PeopleSoft ERP. Key duties cover testing, UAT, data validation, and collaboration with stakeholders through an agile framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP systems, or process improvement.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of billing, revenue management, cash application, accounts receivable, or O2C processes.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, and implementation support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and analyze processes.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend solutions.
• Analyze, transform, map, and validate large datasets for migration into PeopleSoft ERP.
• Support O2C processes: billing, revenue management, cash application, AR.
• Develop test plans, perform functional testing and UAT, resolve issues.
• Lead activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on process changes and deliverables.
• Document current-state and future-state processes; develop training materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvement.
