Providence is seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to support UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP systems. This remote role is eligible in most states, requiring strong experience with UKG and major ERP platforms.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to sustain, optimize and release changes across critical business processes, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in ERP design/maintenance (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday) and 2+ years managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
• 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale ERP systems: Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.
• 2 years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a UKG Healthcare Productivity application within a large organization.
• Align business-centric needs with UKG Healthcare Productivity application solutions, and enhancements.
• Manage expectations regarding UKG Healthcare Productivity application communication, including initial triage, mitigation and resolution.
• Oversee features, change requests, testing, releases and offer solutions to a variety of complex challenges.
• Balance technical expertise with operations management capability.
