Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP for a fully remote US-based role. You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, while mentoring junior analysts and aligning IT capabilities with business priorities.

You will translate business needs into effective ERP configurations, collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams, and drive process improvements, testing, and reliable deployments in a fast-paced hospital or health

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working with ERP systems or functional business applications.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise: design, configuration, testing, implementation and support.
• Functional knowledge across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll.
• Ability to translate business needs into application solutions and document decisions.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and reliable releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP application initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners and ERP team on configuration, reporting, integrations, and system administration.
• Collaborate with departments and IT teams to align ERP with objectives and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ERP functionality and workflows.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Support system development, design, data collection, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project execution, communicate progress and risks to the application manager.
• Investigate issues, coordinate with tech teams, and support change management and reliability.
• Provide guidance and training to associate and intermediate ERP analysts; cross-train on multiple systems.
