Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support UKG Pro WFM Time Keeping, ensure accurate time capture, pay rule execution, accruals, and payroll integration. This remote role supports US and UK regions and requires strong business analysis and UKG expertise.

The candidate will lead in design, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG modules, collaborate across HR, Payroll, Legal and IT, and manage complex integrations and testing cycles.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience in system design and configuration.
• At least 4 years focused on UKG Time & Attendance.
• Bachelor's Degree; masters preferred as noted in qualifications.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary system administrator and SME for UKG Time & Attendance.
• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of UKG modules for US/UK.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and IT to document business requirements and translate into specifications.
• Configure and maintain pay policies, labor rules, schedules, accruals to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound UKG integrations for US and UK.
• Manage testing cycles including unit, integration, and UAT with test case approvals.
• Evaluate impacts of UKG configuration decisions to stakeholders.
