Job summary

Hirecruiting seeks an HRIS Analyst to support a UKG Pro WFM implementation in a fully remote role. You will focus on testing, validation, and go-live readiness, coordinating with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.

You will manage testing of timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, payroll workflows, and data integrations, document defects, and validate fixes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in WFM/HRIS, strong Excel skills, and hands-on familiarity with UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in HR, Business, IS, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years supporting WFM or HRIS with hands-on experience.
• Experience with timekeeping, attendance, scheduling or payroll workflows.
• Experience with system implementations, integrations, or go-live projects.
• Experience with UAT and regression testing and data validation.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Support UKG Pro WFM implementation and go-live readiness activities.
• Test timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, accruals, payroll workflows, and integrations.
• Execute UAT, regression, parallel testing, and other validations.
• Troubleshoot data issues, document defects, and coordinate fixes.
• Create process docs, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors through go-live stabilization.
