Bright Horizons is seeking a dynamic Senior HRIS Analyst to support and enhance UKG Pro WFM Time Keeping across US and UK. You will serve as the functional and technical SME ensuring accurate time capture, payroll integration, and compliance with labor regulations.

The role requires strong SA/BA experience with UKG Time & Attendance, and offers a remote work arrangement in the United States with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Analyst experience, system design, and configuration experience, with at least 4 years focused on UKG Time & Attendance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; 5 additional years of relevant experience would be considered in lieu of degree.
• No visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary system administrator and SME for UKG Time & Attendance.
• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of new UKG modules across US and UK.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT to gather business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Configure and maintain complex pay policies, labor rules, schedules, and accruals to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound UKG integrations for US and UK.
• Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and approve test cases at each testing stage.
• Assess impacts of UKG configuration decisions and communicate to stakeholders.
