Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and guide strategic initiatives. You will provide trusted guidance to employees and managers while ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.

You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and HR process improvements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and strong internal client service in a remote Atlanta setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-state law firm environment.
• At least five years of experience leading HR professionals and guiding performance management.
• Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a complex organization.
• Three or more years of experience utilizing HRIS platforms and HR technology.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Operations members with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, changes, and related HR administration.
• Manage firmwide performance management and merit review processes.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and performance.
• Improve HR processes, workflows, and automation for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and technology projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions.
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts to strengthen culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Audit employee records and HR systems for data integrity and confidentiality.
