Fisher Phillips LLP in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and HRIS administration. You will partner with office administrators, IT, and accounting to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate records.

The role requires organization, confidentiality, and strong communication. You will manage new hire orientations, maintain HR records, and assist with HR projects while upholding firm policies and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in a human resources administrative support capacity.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR processes.
• Experience in a professional services or multi-office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR onboarding processes after offer acceptance through completion of required onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with Office Administrators, IT, Accounting and other stakeholders pre, peri, and post onboarding.
• Handle new hire setup including property, systems and portal access.
