Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to advance HR reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and process automation in a contract, remote role. The position focuses on transforming manual reporting into efficient, AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of data analytics experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proven ability to deliver dashboards and automation across HR data sets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related professional experience in data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve data analysis or reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and transform complex HR reporting data and dashboards.
• Develop metrics and visualizations to provide leadership with insights into trends.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate across teams to document and improve reporting workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation for reporting procedures.
