Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a senior HR communications professional for a remote, 7+ month assignment. The role focuses on employee value proposition rollout, benefits communications, and HR program change communications, with a need for clear, strategic writing that informs employees and leaders.

You will partner with HR and Corporate Affairs to advise, draft, edit, and coordinate communications across email, intranet, Teams, and presentations, while managing timelines and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Internal and employee communications experience
• HR, benefits, or change communications experience
• Strong writing, editing, and message development skills
• Senior stakeholder and project management experience
• Experience in large, global, or regulated organization preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clear, effective employee communications for key HR priorities.
• Develop and coordinate communications for benefits and other people-related programs.
• Advise HR partners on communication strategy, audiences, timing, channels, and calls to action for large employee audiences.
• Draft, edit, proof, and coordinate communications across internal channels.
• Coordinate communications calendars to ensure timely, aligned messaging.
• Support leadership communications and change communications as needed.
