Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking an HR Management Analyst III to provide professional‑level analytical and advisory support for federal civilian human capital programs, workforce management initiatives, and administrative operations.

The role conducts research, data analyses, program evaluations, and process assessments to identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of HR programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substitutions allowed: a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years’ experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree
• 14 years of HR experience can be substituted for a degree
• Must have a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies and analyses of human capital programs, workforce requirements, organizational structures, administrative processes, and HR operations.
• Analyze workforce, staffing, personnel, and program data to identify trends, issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of HR programs, processes, and administrative procedures and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Develop analytical reports, briefing materials, decision papers, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other products to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Provide analytical support for workforce planning, staffing, position management, organizational changes, employee services, human capital initiatives, and other HR programs.
