Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing data analysis, reporting, metrics development or business intelligence work.
• Experience analyzing human capital, HR or workforce data is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to identify trends and insights.
• Experience developing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, validate, analyze and report human capital and workforce data.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc workforce data analysis supporting the HR Directorate.
• Develop workforce metrics, reports, analyses and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
• Support workforce analysis, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with data-driven program evaluations and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare clear reports, charts, summaries and presentations for Government stakeholders.
