Job summary

Golden Key Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Workforce Modeling & Data Analyst to support development of the Human Capital Strategic Plan, Human Capital Operating Plan, and Workforce Growth Plan.

The analyst will interpret workforce staffing model data, historical workforce information, predictive analytics outputs, labor market inputs, and stakeholder information to develop annual staffing targets, workforce projections, dashboards, and model-driven analytic products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human capital analytics, workforce planning, statistics, economics, public administration, business analytics, data science, industrial-organizational psychology, human resources, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review background documentation and workforce data, identify gaps, and document sources and methodologies used in analysis.
• Develop staffing tables by job category and year, summarize planned growth and surge requirements, and prepare dashboards and analytic narratives.
