Job summary

Welltower Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple complex senior housing capital projects. The role coordinates on-site activities, manages schedules and stakeholders, and drives project success while traveling frequently for site visits.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and at least 3 years of related experience. Remote work with travel is expected, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience; knowledge of real estate construction is a plus.
• Employment contingent upon background check, drug screen, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees multiple complex senior housing capital projects; coordinates with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Conducts frequent site inspections, ensures safety, contractor performance, and progress against scope and contracts.
• Prepares weekly status reports, tracks construction progress, and maintains project documentation.
