Job summary

Welltower, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital projects in the Southwest, with a remote role preferentially based in Arizona. The candidate will manage scope development, asset planning, and budgeting to maximize asset value in senior housing portfolios.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, stakeholder coordination, safety compliance, and reporting across multiple projects and redevelopment initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within the seniors housing or multi-family industries.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects and leads project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure safety and quality, supervising contractors and ensuring integrity of the property.
• Establishes expectations with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget, in conformance with scope and contracts.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and final sign-off inspections, ensuring close-out documents are organized.
• Prepare/update weekly/monthly status reports, process invoices and change orders, and update progress schedules.
• May participate in developing scopes of work, timelines, and planning for redevelopment projects.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field
