Welltower is seeking a remote, travel-ready Senior Construction/Capital Projects Manager to oversee 3-5 senior housing projects in the Southern California market while residing in Honolulu, HI.

You will coordinate with contractors, track schedules, ensure safety, and prepare weekly status reports; requires 3+ years in construction/real estate; Bachelor's preferred. Compensation range $85,000-$105,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the Southern California market.
• Manage 3-5 projects at any given time and participate in oversight of contractors, construction schedules, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Travel frequently; remote role with residence in Honolulu, HI.
