Job summary

Welltower Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead ground-up developments and major repositioning projects within its Senior Housing portfolio. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality while coordinating with operators, design teams, and general contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Travel up to 40% may be required across the United States. A BS in a construction-related field and 5–10 years of experience are preferred; OSHA 30 and PM/LEED credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience, preferably in senior housing, healthcare, multifamily or hospitality.
• Experience coordinating with operators during construction, pre-opening, or turnover phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of ground-up developments and major repositioning projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with plans.
• Lead phasing plans for occupied communities with operators on noise, access, and life-safety.
