CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst - Remote. The role focuses on auditing claims processes, analyzing data, and presenting results to executives. You will lead projects, train peers, and collaborate with claims leadership to identify remediation opportunities.

The position requires 6+ years in property claims handling and a related bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are a plus. This is a remote role across the US with occasional travel as needed.

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling required.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, executes, analyzes, and presents outcomes of claims-related auditing activities.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently and may step into leadership roles within Claims QA or a claims team.
• Prepares persuasive written reports for claims executives and other leaders.
• Trains newer peers in technical aspects of the job.
• Builds and maintains a professional network with claims leaders.
