CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to join our remote-enabled Claims QA team. You will apply QA techniques to auditing, analyze data, and prepare executive-ready reports while guiding projects and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in property claims handling required.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Exposure to using data in spreadsheets and/or databases for risk detection is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plans, executes, analyzes, and presents outcomes of claims-related auditing activities.
• Analyzes quantitative claim and financial data to determine auditing opportunities and appropriate scope.
• Reviews claim handling events to gain qualitative understanding.
• Prepares persuasive written reports for claims executives and leaders.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently.
• Trains newer peers in all technical aspects of the job.
