Tucuvi is seeking a high-impact leader to expand health system partnerships, drive multi-site growth, and shape the repeatable playbook for customer success in US markets.

You will translate customer needs into product priorities, manage end-to-end deployments, and ensure measurable outcomes across care pathways, with substantial travel and close collaboration with our Madrid-based team.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience owning multi-stakeholder programs end to end.
• Experience driving expansion beyond original scope is a plus.
• Growth-minded, not only delivery-focused.

Responsabilités

• Drive account growth, not just delivery.
• Frame the case for leadership at VP level.
• Own translation of workflows between customer and product team.
• Define and measure KPIs that matter.
• Build and maintain VP-level champion relationships.
• Build trust with clinical staff.
• Own feedback loop to Product and Engineering.
• Scale processes with efficiency.
