xCures Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to own the systems, tools, and processes powering product delivery. You’ll bridge product goals with technical detail, stand up scalable processes, and ensure high-quality execution across engineering, data science, and product operations.

This hands-on role spans development sessions, customer calls, ticketing, documentation, and release reviews. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliably, improve SDLC practices, and onboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, healthcare, or data-related field.
• 3–5+ years in technical product, program, and/or product operations roles.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from definition to delivery.
• Experience interfacing with engineering teams and customer-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical acumen with APIs, data pipelines, cloud infra, or AI/ML.
• Deep understanding of agile execution and tooling.
• Comfort defining processes and enforcing quality standards.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional standups and delivery across engineering and data science teams.
• Support product operations and SDLC practices including testing, release validation, and documentation generation.
• Lead tiger teams for strategic or emergent initiatives.
• Maintain crisp, transparent communications and stakeholder alignment, including executive reporting.
• Triage inbound product requests, coordinating prioritization, routing decisions, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal and external technical training, product guides, and support resources.
• Write, maintain, and supplement user stories, requirements, and tickets for accurate estimation and implementation.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to onboard clients, capture requirements, and synthesize feedback into improvements.
• Develop PRDs, success metrics, and instrumentation to measure adoption and performance of tools and features.
• Establish monitoring and feedback loops, including dashboards and telemetry for user experience and system health.
