E Solutions is seeking a Technical Advisor to work remotely in the United States. The role requires 6–12 years of experience in Healthcare IT and involves L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with various teams to resolve complex customer issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL DBA skills, knowledge of infrastructure and networking, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Remote, independent work with weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, preferably with enterprise solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Strong SQL DBA, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
• Excellent customer communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
