Job summary

HealthEdge seeks a Healthcare IT Technical Operations Associate III(L2) to own failure handling, reprocessing, and end-to-end data reconciliation across healthcare systems. You will triage L1 failures, perform analysis, and collaborate with L3, product, and client teams to drive resolution.

The role emphasizes data integrity, runbook updates, and cross-team coordination in a remote US setting. A BS in CS/IT and 3–4 years in production support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in application support or production support.
• Experience with healthcare platforms such as HealthEdge, Facets, or QNXT.
• Experience with healthcare data formats like EDI X12 (270/271, 276/277, 834, 835, 837).
• Clear communication with external customers.
• Experience with production monitoring tools for investigation and support.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on SQL for data validation, log analysis, and reconciliation queries.
• Strong incident management, SLA tracking, and escalation knowledge.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and US healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and triage job failures and reprocessing requests.
• Perform initial analysis using logs, queries, and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with L3, product, and client teams to drive root cause resolution.
• Execute data correction and reprocess records per SOP.
• Validate outcomes after reprocessing and confirm completion.
• Support preventive actions for recurring failures with L3 and product teams.
• Maintain reconciliation logs and audit trails for all activity.
• Publish periodic reconciliation and reprocessing reports.
• Identify recurring failures and support permanent fixes and automation opportunities.
