Sentara Health, based in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to work remotely. You will map vendor specifications to the Enterprise Data Platform, ensure data is transformed, validated, and delivered, and serve as a data specialist across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, informatics, or related field and at least 3 years of data analysis, data mapping, ETL, or data warehousing experience, with strong Excel, SQL, Power BI, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in data analysis, business analysis, data mapping, ETL, data warehouse, or related data environments.
• Experience developing source-to-target mapping documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar documentation/collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor specifications, layouts and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation.
• Act as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure proper data integration and delivery.
• Support data quality and data stewardship functions to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners as SME.
• Assist with QA, UAT, production deployment and post‑deployment validation activities.
