You will liaison among business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to improve data quality and stewardship. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in data analysis with advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills, plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, data mapping, ETL, or data warehousing.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, data validation, and Databricks skills.
• Experience creating source-to-target mapping docs and tech specs.
• Ability to interpret data dictionaries, specs and file layouts.
• Proficient with Excel and collaboration tools like SharePoint/Confluence.
• Proven problem-solving using data.
• Experience with QA, UAT, deployment validation.
• Experience with healthcare data domains.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Convert vendor file specifications, layouts, and business requirements into detailed data mapping documentation for the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure proper data integration, transformation, validation and delivery.
• Support data quality and data stewardship to maintain data accuracy and governance.
• Use analytic skills to offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.
• Collaborate on source-to-target mapping and technical specifications.
