Qualificações

• 5+ years of related business analysis experience or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience in healthcare, health plan, insurance, or pharmaceutical domains.
• Hands-on exposure to medical appeals, claims, and large plan implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with industry standard analysis techniques (data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition, ROI modeling).

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for complex initiatives.
• Develop requirements approaches and management plans aligned to project plans.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Maintain solution scope and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business readiness activities, including communication planning for changes.
