Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Business Analyst for a remote, contract engagement focused on healthcare plan operations. You will elicit and manage requirements for complex changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include driving readiness, coordinating training, and delivering post-implementation reviews for medical appeals, claims, and large plan implementations. W2 benefits are offered by the client.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of related business analysis experience in healthcare, health plan, insurance, or pharmaceutical domains.
• Hands-on exposure to medical appeals, claims, and large plan implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with analysis techniques: data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition, ROI modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements for complex initiatives.
• Develop requirements approaches and management plans aligned to project plans.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Maintain solution scope and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business readiness activities, including communication planning for changes to technology, processes, and people.
• Support and coordinate training to ensure efficient implementations and desired outcomes.
• Develop procedures and specifications for systems or process changes and coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Design and conduct post-implementation audits and implement customer feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze workflow processes, design and test solutions, and assess organizational impacts.
• Manage requirements change requests and maintain documentation.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to measure performance and ensure data integrity.
• Present results and insights to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify business risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalation when necessary.
• Build and support vendor relationships and assist with training as needed.
• Provide oversight and peer reviews for less experienced analysts.
