Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role, supporting customers through implementation and ongoing engagement.
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry; underwriting background is a strong plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proven track record in project/account management.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Excel.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary post-sale contact, building and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
• Lead post-sale implementation efforts by defining business needs, configuring product recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics.
• Analyze and monitor client dashboards to ensure usability and uncover insights on model performance.
• Document all phases of project management and maintain detailed client engagement records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering on a weekly basis.
